Key lime cupcakes be exact. Graham cracker flavored cake with some key-lime icing. I guess not many people make cupcakes from scratch in college kitchens, but I decided to anyway because cupcakes make me happy.

The icing as written is a little too sweet for my liking, but you can put in less sugar. I just tripled the amount of lime in it. Why? Because I love limes. I love cupcakes so much. They cheer me up.
